Terms & Conditions of sale
1. All goods must be paid for in full prior to collection or delivery.

2. In the event that goods purchased require restoration or other work prior to collection or delivery the vendor will require a deposit of not less than 50% of the total purchase price to secure reservation of the goods. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to collection or delivery.

3. All goods are sold subject to the understanding that they remain the property of the vendor until paid for in full.

4. The vendor is not liable to refund any deposits or payments made in respect of goods found to be unsuitable or where the customer has changed their mind about wanting the goods.

5. The vendor may in certain circumstances and at its discretion issue a credit note, which can be used either in full or part against other goods. Any such credit notes are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be transferred to a third party or redeemed for a cash refund.

6. Due to the nature of the goods for sale the vendor cannot guarantee supply of a particular item until either an agreed deposit or the vendor receives payment in full.

7. Responsibility for the safety and security of goods pass to the purchaser as soon as they are collected or delivered from the vendor's premises. Breakages or damages in transit must be reported to the vendor within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Delivery can be arranged by the vendor at a price agreed when goods are ordered. All delivery charges must be paid for in full prior to delivery of the goods.

9. All goods are sold as seen at our premises unless restoration or any other works are agreed on order. Any photographs measurements or drawings are for identification or reference purposes only. Purchasers are advised to examine the goods as to their suitability condition dimensions and quality before purchase. The vendor gives no warranty or guarantee in respect thereof.

10. In the event that the goods supplied are for export from the UK the purchaser is responsible for all customs duties and any other costs relating to and incidental to the exportation of the goods.

11. Any modifications to the above terms and conditions must be made by agreement between the vendor and purchaser.
